Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Before work starts

If you cancel before work has started and before non-cancellable third-party costs have been approved or incurred, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled service in full.

2. Consultations and appointments

A paid consultation may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when we receive notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or for a missed appointment, the fee is normally non-refundable, although we may offer one rescheduling at our discretion.

If we cancel a paid appointment and cannot agree a suitable replacement time, you will receive a full refund for that appointment.

3. Project work after commencement

Once work has begun, any refund is limited to the portion of the agreed scope that has not been performed. We may deduct the value of completed work, work in progress reasonably performed, and approved non-refundable third-party costs.

We will provide a reasonable breakdown when calculating a partial refund. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable unless this is clearly stated and justified in the accepted proposal.

4. Digital deliverables and acceptance

After a final digital deliverable has been supplied and accepted, it is not refundable merely because preferences change. If it materially fails to match the agreed scope, notify us during the agreed review period, or within seven calendar days if no period was stated. We will first have a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

5. Fixed-duration consulting programs

The 3-, 6- and 12-month consulting programs are paid once in full and do not renew automatically. If a client asks to end a program after it has started, completed sessions, delivered materials, work already performed and non-cancellable commitments are deducted. Any refund of an unused balance is determined under the accepted proposal or service agreement and mandatory consumer law.

6. How to request a refund

Email atman.assistant@gmail.com with your name, invoice or payment reference, service, reason for the request and preferred contact details. We normally acknowledge a complete request within three business days and communicate the decision within ten business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. The payment provider or bank controls the time needed for funds to appear after we submit the refund.

7. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes a refund, remedy or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable Indonesian consumer law. Where a signed service agreement gives you more favourable terms, those terms apply.
