Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance and contracting party

By using this website, requesting a proposal, booking a consultation, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. Your service provider and contracting party is PT ATMAN CREATIVE CONSULTING, operating under the trading name Atman Creative Consulting.

A proposal, statement of work, invoice, order confirmation, or other written agreement may contain service-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly accepted service-specific agreement takes priority for that engagement.

2. Services and orders

We provide business and management consulting, media and marketing strategy, risk and operational solutions, website creation, launch and promotion, business management systems, and AI operations setup and support.

The exact scope, deliverables, start date, timetable, review rounds and dependencies are confirmed in writing before work begins. Displayed prices apply only to the service described; tailored work and the AI Operations Setup package may require a separate quotation.

3. Pricing and payment

Website prices are shown first in US dollars with a rounded Indonesian rupiah equivalent in parentheses. The binding currency, amount, applicable taxes, third-party costs and payment schedule are confirmed at checkout or in the relevant proposal or invoice.

The 3-, 6- and 12-month consulting programs displayed on the website are charged once in full for the complete stated program. They are not recurring subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

Online payments may be processed by HitPay, PayPal, banks, card networks or other payment partners. Those providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not store complete card numbers or card security codes on this website.

Work may be paused if an undisputed payment is overdue. This does not remove the client’s obligation to pay for completed work and approved third-party costs.

4. Delivery and client responsibilities

Consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement. Project work begins after the agreed payment and the client materials required to start have been received. Delivery dates stated in a proposal or order confirmation are estimates unless expressly identified as fixed.

• Provide accurate, complete and lawful information, access, approvals and feedback on time.
• Ensure that supplied text, images, data, trademarks and other materials may lawfully be used.
• Review deliverables within the review period stated in the proposal, or within seven calendar days when no period is stated.
• Use the services and deliverables in compliance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

5. Changes, acceptance and support

Requests outside the agreed scope may affect the price and timetable and require written approval. A deliverable is accepted when the client confirms acceptance, uses or publishes it, or does not report a material non-conformity within the agreed review period.

If a deliverable materially differs from the agreed scope, we will first have a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring or support is included only when stated in the order or plan.

6. Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of materials, methods, know-how, trademarks and intellectual property it owned before the engagement. Unless otherwise agreed, rights in final client-specific deliverables transfer to the client only after full payment.

We retain ownership of reusable methods, frameworks, templates, code libraries, prompts, tools and general know-how. Any third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. We may display non-confidential completed work in our portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

7. Confidentiality and data

Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and will use it only for the engagement. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

8. Warranties and liability

We provide services with reasonable professional care but do not guarantee particular commercial, revenue, ranking, advertising, platform or regulatory results. Recommendations depend on the information available and business decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.

9. Cancellation and termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement for a material breach that is not corrected within a reasonable written cure period. Fees for completed work, work in progress and approved non-cancellable third-party costs remain payable. Refunds and rescheduling are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through written discussion. If it cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction over the company’s registered office, without limiting any mandatory consumer right.

11. Updates and language

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. Indonesian, English and Russian versions are provided for accessibility; where required by Indonesian law or if translations conflict, the Indonesian version prevails.
